  I'd woken up the day before with an unbelievable pain in my neck which meant I was barely able to turn my head. After hoping it would just pass, which it didn't, I started looking at places I could quickly get an appointment at. I was lucky enough to get a short notice appointment at Body Balance.
  
  The guy who saw me was very professional and got me to do a series of tests, not just movement for my neck but others too. Really made me feel he was looking to see if the problem was more than just my neck.
  
  He did a series of stretches & treatments on my neck and back, which helped immediately to increase the movement in my neck and after a few days, I was back to normal. I'd definitely recommend the guys at Body Balance to others.

  I was suffering for weeks with lower back pain, which extended down my left leg, which was very uncomfortable and impacted my mobility. I saw Sean at Body Balance Clinic, Harpenden and immediately felt improvements from my first session. Sean helped me to understand what was going on with my body, treated the area with both massage and manipulation and he also gave me some stretching exercises to do at home, which combined with the treatment, fixed me. I would highly recommend Body Balance Clinic because not only is Sean really personable and listens well, he achieved some great results in a short space of time and I now feel back to my usual self! Thank you Sean!
